The Legend
DANCING NYMPHS
The story that we share with you is that of dancing nymphs, born in the free flow of water, generated by their magic and strength. Daughters and mothers of hot springs and springs that, with their energetic beats, create lush fruit trees, bushes, herbs, and plants of all kinds that grow around them. Their delicate dances reflect in the waves preparing to gently hit the riverbed, while their acrobatics are accompanied by the winds that shake the branches of the trees. It is said that during their eternal floating near the water source, branches, flower stems, plants, and all of nature became entangled in them. The water, the nymphs, and the greenery converge in a sublime dancing vortex.
Agapimù
She is a Greek nymph and her name, which translates to “my love,” is a reference to her unbreakable link to the plants around her.

She is a warrior nymph, dedicated to protecting the nature that welcomes her. The etymology of the word is Latin and means “she that has reached a position of honor.”
The Mérida bitter, like the nymph, has a decisive character characterized by a distinct note of juniper, the delicate fragrance of citrus fruits, and the bitter aromas of roots and herbs.
